• Prices: Prices are expressed in EURO (€) per day
• Advance payment: advance payment for booking confirmation is 30% of the price of the package
• Payment Confirmation: Please send us a confirmation of your payment for easier checking on our account
• Payment of remittance: The remaining 70% of the guest pays upon arrival
• Method of payment: Payment is made in cash or via bank account
• Arrival and departure: Entrance to the apartments is from 14:00 to 23:00, departure till 10:00
• Cancellation of the reservation: if the reservation is canceled more than 90 days prior to arrival the refund is 100% reduced by the cost of the transaction and if the reservation is canceled after 90 days, the advance is not refunded.

We guarantee:

• Reservation is secure: the final booking agreement is made via e-mail or in writing
• Offer Option: The reservation will be on hold 48 hours after your acceptance of the accommodation offer, within this time you will be asked to send us a confirmation of your payment.
• Confirmation of your payment: – the reservation becomes valid after the deposit has been paid and our confirmation of the payment received. After you have verified your payment by email, we will send you a receipt confirmation.
• Protection of your data: All data is used for the purpose of realization of accommodation
